What is the best way to make the back cut in the U when you are cutting out for a heat vent?

The best tool for making this type of cut is the 4" angle grinder with a diamond blade. First make the two long cuts to the back of the U, then make the short cut from the top only as far as the two long cuts, then turn the tile over and cut the rest of the cut from the back untill you have cut it through to your cut you made from the top.
Hope this makes sense. If not, let me know.
I think there is a video on u-tube.

If you have the tool the best way to make the cut is actually with a Dremel. Use a tile cutting bit and the router attachment. Make your short cuts on each side using your wet saw, then make an angle cut to the corner, then use your Dremel with router attachment to cut the back line. The problem with using angle grinders to make cuts is that the wont cut all the way into the corner without overcutting, which always leaves you a corner to have to try to clean up either using tile nips or some other method. You can make the cut on the back side but that is also a pain in the butt. The Dremel will make clean cuts into the corner and in the end leave you doing less work with nicer corners.
